Day Care:
Your dog will enjoy supervised play with other dogs.
We offer all-day or half-day (any five-hour time span) programs.
We offer Saturday and Sunday programs by scheduled appointment only. The rate is $20.00 per day.
A fenced outdoor play yard and spacious climate-controlled indoor playrooms will keep your pet comfortable in all weather.
We maintain separate play groups for rowdy dogs, for gentler or timid dogs, and the smaller ones.
You are welcome to tour the facility during our business hours.

According to the "Dog Owner's Guide" dog day care got its start in California in 1987. Dog day care got its start at this Clive kennel facility in 1997. Some of those original day care "students" are still with us. The Clive day care center provides toys for play, some "agility" objects for additional fun, and FUN TIME WITH staff members on a daily basis - including trips to the West Des Moines Dog Park, if you dog has it's park tag.
New dogs are only introduced into a group following a one-on-one setting with one of the long-term day care "student teachers" to see how they interact. After compatibility has been established, the new dog may join a small group of four or five compatible dogs and then only with "human" supervision.
